D'backs back home to end 10-game losing streak

Tonight National League predictions, written by Olivier:
*number 1 indicates road team win, number two home team win with respective pecentage to win the match.
Reds (Harang) @ Nationals (Hernandez) 2 55%
Harang is coming off his best start of the season in which he yielded a
season-low one run and four hits over seven innings. Right-hander Livan Hernandez will try to help Washington get back on track as he goes for his first win in exactly a month. He is 0-5 with a 6.51 ERA in his last nine outings versus Cincinnati.

Padres (Latos) @ Phillies (Halladay) 1 55%
With Halladay taking the mound for the first time since his historic effort, the slumping Phillies look to get back on track when they host the NL West-leading San Diego Padres on Friday night. Roy Halladay threw a perfect game in his last outing. Mat Latos gets the ball in the series opener, looking to win his career-best fifth straight decision. The 22-year-old right-hander has given up two runs or fewer in each of his last six starts. Padres can take advantage of Phillies struggle.

Giants (Sanchez) @ Pirates (Duke) 1 60%
The Pirates should be well rested after two days off. Their series finale against the Chicago Cubs was rained out. San Francisco's Jonathan Sanchez has shut down Pittsburgh once this season. Pittsburgh counters with Zach Duke, the left-hander went 1-2 with a 7.71 ERA in his last three starts against the Giants at PNC Park.

Marlins (Sanchez) @ Mets (Dickey) 1 55%
The Marlins, kicking off a nine-game road trip, look to win their seventh straight against the struggling Mets. Anibal Sanchez has won four straight starts while posting a 1.33 ERA with 28 strikeouts in 27 innings. He's 3-3 with a 3.92 ERA in seven starts against the Mets. New York will give the ball to R.A. Dickey. The knuckleballer has made three starts since being called up from the minors and has won the last two. Dickey is 1-1 with an 8.22 ERA in one start and two relief appearances versus the Marlins.

Cubs (Zambrano) @ Astros (Paulino) 1 55%
Zambrano will face one of his favorite opponents Friday night when the Cubs open a three-game series against an Astros team seeking its fourth straight victory. His 2.54 ERA in 29 career games against the Astros is his lowest against any NL opponent. Paulino is pitching well, allowing two runs or fewer in four of five starts, but he's been backed by a major league-worst 1.97 run-support average.

Brewers (Wolf) @ Cardinals (Wainwright) 2 65%
Wainwright looks to remain unbeaten at Busch Stadium this season. Wainwright seems to be taking his turn in the rotation at an ideal time for the Cardinals. He has a 2.10 ERA in winning each of his four starts at home. The right-hander has faced the Brewers four times in St. Louis, going 1-1 with a 2.28 ERA. Randy Wolf is 1-0 with a 1.50 ERA in his last two outings and has a 4.82 ERA in losing all three of his outings at St. Louis.

Rockies (Cook) @ Diamondbacks (Kennedy) 2 60%
Arizona is 11-12 at home, but has won four of its last five while scoring 41 runs and hitting .318. Aaron Cook has pitched poorly on the road. The right-hander is 0-3 with a 7.04 ERA in six starts away from home this season and winless in his last nine road starts. He is 0-1 with a 6.84 ERA in the last five against Arizona. Kennedy lost to Colorado last Tuesday despite pitching well, giving up three runs over five innings in a 3-2 defeat.

Braves (Kawakami) @ Dodgers (Kershaw) 2 60%
Kershaw will attempt to win for the fifth time in six starts. Kershaw over his past five starts has 4-1 record and a 1.08 ERA. Kawakami, who dropped his first six starts this season, has a 2.41 ERA over his last three outings but has one more loss to show for his efforts. Braves nine-game winning streak will come to an end.
